The location is incredibly convenient, just 10 minutes away from the mountain, the staff are friendly, and breakfast offers a wide array of delicious food and drinks.

the staff were very friendly, the best location in 10 minutes before the route to the mountain. further, it was near to the wine and beer restaurant down the road, and the trains. we had an a double room and it included an individual safe, multi-channel television, and a dining area.

Neat and well-equipped rooms with incredible views of the valley. Large bathrooms with a bathtub. Unbeatable, comfortable location in the local area. At 0.5 miles distance from the airport:)))

Feeling like a king, I lounged on the balcony of my room at Water Side Residence and marveled at the breathtaking mountain view. The scene before me was straight out of a painting, with the lush peaks resembling a majestic crown atop nature's head.

We had an amazing stay at Water Side Residence. The room was spotless and had a beautiful view. The owner and his wife were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The food cooked by the owner's wife was outstanding, especially the rice and curry. The location is perfect for exploring the local area and walking to Adam's Peak. Despite a slight issue with the wifi, our overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Nallathanniya.

Units with a wonderful view. Delightfully helpful and really kind staff, couldn't ask for more. - the hotel has the best location, a short walk to the beer restaurant down the road, Adams Peak, and the Sri Padaya. - Easy to start the hike from here.

water side residence was the perfect base for our adam's peak adventure. the friendly and helpful owners made us feel welcome. the clean room with beautiful views and delicious food exceeded our expectations. we will definitely be back.

The location was great, very convenient for my business trip. the staff were helpful and friendly. They even helped me arrange transportation to my meetings and gave me good recommendations for local restaurants. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for me to stay connected and get my work done.

One thing that I didn't like was the noise. the walls were quite thin and I could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms.
